Learning paths

One programme per role, matched to the work they do.

The role programmes build on a shared admin session, then go deep on the screens and decisions each role owns. Sessions are run live by a facilitator, and most can also be taken self-paced.

Administrators — role training

For Tenant Managers, DPOs, privacy managers, legal officers and IT admins with console access. A 90-minute live session with screen share and live demos: first sign-in, the core modules, integrations, access control, the compliance calendar and the first 30 days. It is the starting point for the role programmes.

DPO and privacy team

A half-day programme — five hours of content in four sessions: the Act's obligations for Data Fiduciaries; processing activities, notices, consent and RoPA; rights, DPIA, breach and Data Processors; and audit evidence and governance. Facilitator-led, or self-paced with the workbook.

IT administrators

A 3.5-hour hands-on lab in seven modules: connecting source systems, identity unification, webhooks and REST bindings, security configuration, the Consent Status API and cookie banner, offline consent, and RoPA and Data Discovery operations. Ends with a configuration checklist.

Grievance officers

For grievance officers and customer-service leads who handle data rights requests. Two hours, guided or self-paced: the rights workflow step by step, SLA management, and scenario exercises — intake, erasure across several systems, and grievance escalation.

Every employee — DPDP awareness

A 30-minute self-paced course for all staff, with no prior privacy knowledge needed: what the DPDP Act is, people's rights, consent, reporting a breach and the consequences — closing with a five-question quiz. Run it in your own learning system, or use the print version.

Certification

The DPDP Compliance Platform certification exam.

One exam covers both halves of the job: the law — the DPDP Act and Rules — and the product, from consent and notices to rights, breach, RoPA and Data Discovery. It is taken online on the training portal, timed, with questions and options shuffled for every candidate.

Vishwaas AI Certification — The Law and The Product

For DPOs, privacy and compliance teams, administrators and partner staff who work with the Vishwaas AI DPDP Compliance Platform. The law: the scope of the DPDP Act and Rules, valid consent and notices, Data Principal rights, children’s data, breach obligations, processors and penalties. The product: Data Discovery, the Record of Processing Activities, the consent ledger, consent collection and propagation, rights requests and their service levels, breach management, governance and enterprise groups. Passing earns a certificate in the holder’s name with a unique, publicly verifiable ID.

Get assigned

Your trainer assigns the exam to you on the training portal. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — there is no password to set up.

Sit the exam

A timed, multiple-choice exam on the training portal, covering the DPDP Act and Rules and the Vishwaas AI product, with an on-screen warning as time runs short.

Receive your certificate

Once your result has been reviewed, your certificate is emailed to you as a PDF and is waiting in the portal to download again at any time.

Verifiable by anyone

Every certificate issued on the training portal carries its own certificate ID. An employer, client or auditor can check it on the public verification page — no sign-in — and see the holder's name, the exam passed and the date. Scores and contact details are never shown.

What it is — and what it is not

The Vishwaas AI certification is a product and programme certification issued by Vishwaas AI. It shows that the holder passed our exam on the DPDP Act and the Vishwaas AI platform. It is not a government accreditation, not a legal or professional qualification, and does not make anyone a certified Data Protection Officer.

The training portal

A dedicated portal for learners: the certification exam is assigned by your trainer, taken online, and every certificate it issues is kept in one place — each with a unique ID anyone can verify.

Facilitated sessions

Two live programmes — DPDP Basics and DPDP Advanced — of around 8–9 hours each, led by a facilitator with live demos and hands-on exercises. The role programmes run the same way, or self-paced with their workbooks.

For partners

Enablement for the teams that sell and deliver.

Partner staff learn DPDP and Vishwaas AI the same way customers do, with programmes built around their own role — and they sit the same certification exam.

Sales enablement

A four-hour instructor-led session for sales teams with no prior DPDP knowledge: DPDP essentials for sellers, customer pain and buying triggers, the product story, discovery and qualification, and the demo narrative and objection handling — with role-play throughout and a scored scenario pitch at the end.

Technical and implementation enablement

A 180-minute workshop, or guided self-study, for pre-sales, implementation, solution-architecture and support teams: the compliance operating model, technical discovery, demos and POCs, implementation readiness and configuration, integration and operational handover, and support triage — closing with a scenario assessment.

Partner consultants take the Vishwaas AI certification exam on the training portal, under the same rules as everyone else, and receive the same verifiable certificate.

Training questions

Who is the training for?

Customer teams — DPOs and privacy teams, administrators, IT administrators, grievance officers, and every employee through the awareness course — and partner sales, pre-sales, implementation and support teams.

Is the Vishwaas AI certification a legal or government qualification?

No. It is a product and programme certification issued by Vishwaas AI, showing that the holder passed our exam on the DPDP Act and the Vishwaas AI platform. It is not accredited by any government body, it is not a legal or professional qualification, and it does not make anyone a certified Data Protection Officer.

How can someone check that a certificate is genuine?

Every certificate issued on the training portal carries a unique certificate ID. Anyone can enter it on the training portal's public verification page, without signing in, to see the holder's name, the exam passed and the date.

Does completing the training make our organisation DPDP compliant?

No. Training is product enablement — it is not legal advice and not a compliance guarantee, and a passing score is not a statement of an organisation's compliance. Your organisation remains responsible for its own legal, process and governance obligations.
